In accordance with the academic incentive application of our university, the evaluation results of academic incentive files presented to the units carried out by Unit Academic Incentive Application and Review Commissions should be put together by relevant deans of faculty and directors of schools, and total results should be handed in to the Academic Incentive Regulation, Audit and Appeal Commission affiliated to Selçuk Rectorate until 25th January 2019.
While delivering the results to the Rectorate, only academic incentive application printouts obtained from YÖKSİS and the evaluation results of Unit Academic Incentive Application and Review Commissions shall be handed in. The application form consisting of proof documents of academic staff shall be reserved in the units. In case of the fact that there would be a difference between the scores stated at the application form of academic staff and the scores stated by Unit Academic Incentive Application and Review Commission, a reasoned evaluation report should be prepared by unit commissions, and this report should be submitted with evaluation results of personal application file. If deemed necessary by Academic Incentive Regulation, Audit and Appeal Commission, these proof documents and/or additional documents may be demanded.
In addition to send evaluation results in written, they should also be submitted to the firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail address by processing them into the Excel table given in the attachment.
The academic incentive scores of our academic staff shall be announced on our university’s web page. Objections against these academic incentive scores should be made between the dates of 1st and 7th of February to Selçuk University Academic Incentive Regulation, Audit and Appeal Commission. The objections can also be submitted to email@example.com e-mail address.
