About :

The Department of Management and Organization is a department that aims to educate students in the fields of communication, leadership, management, teamwork, sales management and to provide qualified and qualified personnel to work in production, trade and service sectors.

Vision :

Our vision is to be a department which is preferred by the students and employees by training intermediate staff who support to local, regional and national development in the global competitive environment and who have the appropriate quality and sufficiency for the business world. 

Mission :

To bring qualified intermediate staff in our business world, who will increase the competitiveness of the public and private sector and who are innovative, entrepreneur and etc. with the understanding of professional ethics, by educating them in accordance with the international quality and standards and taking into account the global trends of the business world as well. 

Purpose :

To be a program which contributes to meeting the needs of qualified intermediate staff that can be employed in any department of the business or that can work in manager assistant and mid-level managerial positions needed by public and private sector. Besides this, to produce graduates who can adapt to the conditions required by change, who can solutions for the problems encountered in the enterprises by determining them, who have professional ethic values and who can and run their own businesses.

Definition of Program :

To be educate personnel who are able to work in fields such as finance and product marketing, regulation of agricultural accounting records, agricultural insurance, agricultural consultancy, agricultural appraisal and farmer organization and aiming to increase the profitability of agricultural enterprises.

Admission and Registration Requirements :

Candidates must have a high school diploma and have a sufficient score from the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).

Recognition of Previous Education :

Recognition of previous formal (formal) learning in Turkish Higher Education Institutions vertical, horizontal and university transitions within the university it is performed.

Graduation Requirements :

In order to graduate from Department of Motor Vehicles and Transportation Technologies, it is needed that the students should be successful in all the compulsory and elective courses (total 120 ECTS) which they should take and complete of their compulsory internship and their general weighted course average has to be at least 2.00 at the end of each year. Students are given education for 2 years (4 semesters) in this programme.The graduation date of the student is the last day of the exam in that exam period. However, students who fail to graduate due to single course and internship until this date graduate on the date when they are successful in one course exam or when these studies are completed and accepted.

Assessment and Evaluation Regulations :

Each student must enroll the scholl at the ning of the academic year and must attend minimum %70 of classes and minimum of %80 of training classes. Students are put to a mid-term exam and a final exam for each class. %40 of mid-term exam and %60 of final exam make up final grade. All the exams are evaluated over 100. Students who get any of the AA,BA,BB,CB and CC grades from any classes, are accepted to be successfull. DC and DD grades are conditional pass grades. Students must have minimum 2.0 grade point avarage to pass the lesson which they take DC or DD from final grade.

Employment Oppurtunities :

Graduates of Agricultural Management Program; In the central and provincial organizations of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, other public institutions and organizations related to agriculture, agricultural cooperatives, agriculture-based industrial enterprises, all agricultural enterprises engaged in plant and animal production and farms, packaging and cold weather facilities, agricultural input production and sales firms. , agricultural consultancy and valuation companies, and related departments of banks. Also; They are entitled to apply to the Plant Protection Products Dealer and Wholesale Exam organized by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock every year for 3 years in the agricultural pesticide and seed sector and if they are successful, they can open pesticide dealers. They can take the Agricultural Extension and Consultancy Examination organized by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock and provide consultancy services in all agricultural holdings.

Access to Further Studies :

Graduates of the Agricultural Management program can transfer to the related undergraduate programs of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative Sciences and Agriculture through the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) conducted by OSYM. According to the graduation area of associate degree graduates of Agricultural Management program; Business, Business-Economics, Business Management, Logistics, Logistics Management and Agricultural Economics undergraduate departments can make the vertical transition.
