The main teaching purposes of the Statistics Program are to provide students with

T.P. 1 To provide basic level mathematics, statistics, and computer theoretical knowledge to establish the infrastructure of the field of statistics,

T.P. 2 To provide advanced professional field knowledge,

T.P. 3 To provide the ability to effectively use package programs and computer programming languages by using statistical field knowledge,

T.P. 4 To be able to integrate statistical science into interdisciplinary studies,

T.P. 5. To obtain the ability to use the expertise and equipment obtained from the fields of Applied Statistics, Statistical Theory, Probability, Stochastic Processes, Operations Research, Risk Analysis, and Actuarial fields in the application areas of the public and private sectors,

T.P. 6 To create the necessary foreign language infrastructure for academic and professional career studies.
