(1) The following conditions are required for a person who wants to register with the Department of Statistics:

(a) Being a high school or high school equivalent vocational school graduate,

(b) To have gained the right to register in the academic year in which registration will be made, through central placement or following the principles determined by the University regarding the acceptance of students from abroad,

(c) Bringing the documents specified in the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) guide for registration,

(d) For the person who is entitled to enroll in the program, it is also in an open education or distance education undergraduate program with another formal or quota limitation, and for the person who is entitled to enroll in an associate degree program, it is also in an open education or distance education program with another formal or quota limitation. Not being enrolled in a distance education associate degree program.

(2) The originals of the requested documents or a copy certified by the University are accepted. Regarding military service status and criminal record, action is taken based on the candidate's declaration. Candidates who are eligible to enroll in the university must apply in person for registration. However, candidates who cannot apply in person due to excuses can register through their attorneys or legal representatives who have a notary power of attorney.
