Documents Required During Application:
1. Applying to the doctoral program; Notarized Turkish translations of undergraduate diplomas, graduate diplomas and transcripts from four-year educational institutions translated by a sworn translator
2.Applying to the graduate program; Notarized Turkish translations of undergraduate diplomas and transcripts from four-year educational institutions translated by a sworn translator
3.Foreign national candidates who do not have a document showing their Turkish language proficiency level are enrolled in the preparatory class and after registration, they start their education with the B1-B2 language level obtained from the TÖMERs of the universities and/or the institutions and organizations whose validity is accepted by the Council of Higher Education.
4.Foreign national candidates who have completed their undergraduate and graduate education abroad; In applications to programs without clinical application, they must submit the school recognition certificate to be obtained from YÖK, and the equivalence certificate to be obtained from YÖK for applications to programs with clinical application.
5.Foreign candidates who have completed their education abroad must have their diplomas approved by the Turkish Consulates in their countries.
6.Students who have completed their undergraduate or graduate education in Turkey will be able to receive exemption from the TÖMER certificate.

8.Candidates coming from abroad are required to obtain a Certificate of Registration (by the consulate of the place where they are located).

The tuition fee is paid at the beginning of the semester and the amount to be paid at the beginning of each semester is 3.000,00 (three thousand) TL for Masters and Doctorate degrees.
It is not possible to enroll in more than one program at the same time. Those who are found to be registered will be deregistered from all programs.
Candidates who have a bachelor's or master's degree in a field different from the department they are applying for, and candidates who have received their bachelor's or master's degree from another higher education institution can be admitted to the "Scientific Preparatory Program".
Candidates with dual citizenship rights (Turkish and foreign citizens) will apply as Turkish citizens.
The applied department has the right to conduct a written exam or an oral interview.
