APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

          Students will be admitted to the following departments for Master's and Doctorate Programmes with Thesis at the Institute of Health Sciences of our university in the Autumn Semester of 2021-2022 Academic Year.

Foreign students who want to apply for Master's and Doctorate education in Selçuk University Institute of Health Sciences in the 2021-2022 Academic Year Autumn semester must apply to the Institute of Health Sciences in person with the following documents until the end of working hours between 02.08.2021 - 06.08.2021.

The tuition fee is paid at the beginning of the semester, the amount to be paid at the beginning of each semester for Master's and Doctorate is 1.290.00 TL.

Documents Required During Application:

1. For the application to the PhD programme; notarised Turkish translations of the bachelor's diploma, master's diploma and transcript documents from four-year institutions, translated by a sworn translator.

2. Notarised Turkish translations, translated by a sworn translator, of the undergraduate diploma and transcript documents showing that they are taken from institutions providing four-year education.

3. Foreign applicants who do not have a certificate showing that they know Turkish, taken from TÖMER in Turkish Universities or accepted as valid by the Higher Education Council, will be required to pass the Turkish exam to be held at Selçuk University TÖMER (C2-C1 Turkish is sufficient, they can start education immediately) (B2-B1 Turkish can improve in a short time. They start their education, but they have to raise their Turkish proficiency level to C1 or C2 until they graduate.) Those who get the minimum score are entitled to enroll in graduate programmes that provide Turkish education.

4. Foreign candidates who have completed their undergraduate and graduate education abroad must submit the school recognition certificate to be obtained from YÖK for the programmes without clinical practice, and the equivalence certificate to be obtained from YÖK for the programmes with clinical practice.

5. Foreign candidates who have completed their education abroad must have their diplomas approved by the Turkish Consulates in their countries.

6. Students who have completed their undergraduate or graduate studies in Turkey will be exempted from the TÖMER certificate.

7. Notarised Turkish translation of the passport translated by a sworn translator.

8. Criminal Record Certificate (They can apply through the consulate where they are located)

9. 2 passport size photographs

Note:

- Students cannot register for more than one programme at the same time. Those who are found to have enrolled are deregistered from all programmes.

- Candidates who have a bachelor's or master's degree in fields other than the department/art of the department applied for, and candidates who have received their bachelor's or master's degree from another higher education institution may be admitted to the "Scientific Preparatory Programme".

- The applied department has the right to conduct a written exam or oral interview.
