Our pilot facility includes equipment for the processing and packaging of bakery products, fruits, vegetables and dairy products. National and international research and product development studies for specific product groups can be carried out at the facility. In this context, studies such as new product development, improvement in product formulations, testing of different process conditions, and process optimization can be carried out. In addition, our pilot facility provides the students of our department with the opportunity to practice.
