Quality policy
It has a quality policy that internalizes universal values regarding higher education, believes in academic autonomy, internal and external stakeholder focus, and aligns its scientific knowledge and energy with Turkey's 2023 vision. All units plan and carry out their strategic goals and objectives, and the activities required to achieve these goals and objectives, in line with the mission of the institution, in order to achieve the aim of being an entrepreneurial world university that is effective, efficient, competitive, focused on superior performance, and has international recognition and respect. It evaluates and updates the effectiveness of the activities carried out in achieving goals and objectives based on objective data. It monitors the improvement and sustainability achieved with performance indicators.
Education and Training Policy
Selçuk University Institute of Health Sciences was established at S.Ü. in 1982, in accordance with the provisions of the Higher Education Law No. 2547. It was established to ensure the coordination of postgraduate education and scientific research and applications under the Rectorate. It provides postgraduate education in the Faculty of Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Dentistry, Sports Sciences, Nursing, Veterinary Medicine and 11 multidisciplinary programs. We have 1379 active students. Our institute has been accepted as a member of ORPHEUS as of 2021 and has thus begun to move towards becoming an institution that provides education at European standards. Our institute has the feature of being an ideal institute with its pioneering and innovative practices in education and research for future generations, producing knowledge that will contribute to science at the international level, educating its students as brave, independent and creative thinking scientists, and will continue this feature in the coming years.
Monitoring and evaluating education and training processes with stakeholder participation, continuously improving them in line with the results, ensuring student representation in decision-making mechanisms by selecting doctoral and master's student representatives in decision-making processes regarding education and training, ensuring education and training, research and development, social contribution and internationalization processes. It includes creating, executing and ensuring the sustainability of a system that ensures its integration and is supported by scientific and technological developments.
Internationalization Policy
Our institute has been accepted as a member of ORPHEUS as of 2021 and has thus begun to move towards becoming an institution that provides education at European standards. Our institute has the feature of being an ideal institute with its pioneering and innovative practices in education and research for future generations, producing knowledge that will contribute to science at an international level, educating its students as brave, independent and creative thinking scientists, and has the power to continue this feature in the coming years. .
Under the Erasmus Institution Coordination Office of our University, the departments of our Institute have 11 ongoing international agreements, 3 with universities in Poland, 2 in Portugal, 2 in Romania, 1 in Latvia, 1 in Italy, 1 in Slovakia and 1 in Lithuania. Necessary efforts are being made to increase the number of international agreements covering 30 European Countries.
Social Contribution Policy
To create value for the country and society with our understanding of education integrated with social equality, within corporate consciousness and order, adhering to science and analytical thinking; As honest, hard-working and responsible, we continue our activities in line with our understanding of education that leads to social benefit, in which we target teamwork in a reliable, transparent and open manner, and in this regard, we carry out studies based on the principles we have set in the field of Health Sciences.
-Our institute carries out contributing activities for all segments of society in cooperation with public/private institutions and organizations; It encourages setting goals, producing projects and carrying out activities compatible with the changing and developing dynamic structure of society.
-It is aimed to increase the number of students in university/industry cooperation in order to develop solution-oriented joint projects through industry and related sector collaborations for priority problems at regional and national levels.
-Our students who graduate with a good education are supported to carry out activities that contribute to the development of society in the fields of Health.
-Training, conferences, seminars, workshops, etc. that will provide awareness and knowledge to our students. organizes activities and events; It organizes activities within this scope and trainings within the scope of lifelong learning.
-Efforts are being made to establish measurable standards with the support of internal and external stakeholders in order to monitor and control the "social contribution" performance of the university.

Research Policy
Selçuk University Health Sciences Institute, “Raising individuals who research, question, analyze, are enterprising, attach importance to ethical values and are socially responsible; It carries out its work with an understanding that increases social welfare by conducting qualified and innovative scientific research and providing quality services to stakeholders. In this regard, efforts are being made to increase the diversity of postgraduate programs, and plans are being carried out to produce high value-added outputs by increasing multidisciplinary studies.
