Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching (Signature+approval of the other party is required)
Staff Mobility Agreement for Training (Signature+approval of the other party is required.)
Faculty Administrative Board Decision
Commitment (If the documents submitted in the application are not original, they will be issued.)
Account Notification Petition (With an account to be opened from VakıfBank Campus Branch; Contains Account Number, IBAN Code and Identity Information.)
Grant Agreement (Each page is initialed and prepared in 2 copies under the coordination.)
Special Needs Support - Additional Grant Request Form
Documents to be submitted after the mobility ends:
Certificate of Attendance (It is received from the opposite university in a signed and approved form at the end of the Mobility.)
Personnel Questionnaire (After the mobility, it will be sent to your e-mail registered in the system as a link. It is sufficient to fill it online.)
