Short Term (during the year 2022)

* To be able to get 10 interns each year

* To be able to organize at least 2 trainings each year

* To be able to make ERASMUS agreements with at least 5 institutions

* Forming the TCL consortium

Medium Term (2023-2025)

* Taking part in at least 5 personnel mobility within the scope of ERASMUS

* To be able to publish at least 10 publications with ILTEK address

* Achieving 45/50 points in customer satisfaction surveys

* Being able to organize at least one congress as ILTEK

* To be able to perform full-scale biotechnological analysis

* To be able to produce at least 2 international projects

Long Term (2025-2027)

* To accept graduate students

* To be able to activate the use of artificial intelligence

* Ability to apply augmented reality

* To be able to make WEB 3.0 application

* To be able to apply interactive productions

* To increase the number of international projects by 10% every year

* To increase the number of active customers by 20% every year

* To be able to increase the cash budget by 30% every year

* To be able to make full-scale food analysis

* To be able to make full-scale water analysis
