Selcuk University Distance Education Application and Research Center was established with the publication of its regulation in the Official Gazette dated 29 November 2012 and numbered 28482 and started its activities as of 2013. Our unit is a research and application center established to provide distance education services within Selçuk University.
Our aim is to provide synchronous (simultaneous) or asynchronous training from any place at any time by using existing computer technologies. In synchronous education, lessons are taught live with video and audio communication while the student and teacher are at the computer. In asynchronous education, on the other hand, all written and visual resources of the course are uploaded to the system, and the student can complete the course at any time.
Our Center currently conducts the Distance Non-Thesis Master of Business Administration Program, Common Compulsory Courses and a certain part of the formal courses.
