Our school, Huğluya, which is showing a great development in the industry, with the idea of catching up with the technology of the age and contributing to the scientific and social development of our University, with the proposal dated 01.12.1993 and numbered B.30.2.SEL.070.72.00/153-807-7913 and the related was established in 1994 with the decision of YÖK dated 21.01.1994 and numbered B.30.0.E.Ö.B.0.00.00.03/06.02-246-2093.
Until 1996, he continued his education at S.U. continued in the Technical Sciences Vocational School building on the campus. Our school moved to Huğlu in 1996, but since it did not have its own building, it continued its education in the building of Huğlu Industrial Vocational High School. Our High School building, the foundation of which was laid in 1996, is our Rector, Prof.Dr. Abdurrahman KUTLU Brain, which accelerated our construction, was completed and in November 2002, our School moved to its own building.

Our school, which started education in 1994 with only the Machine Program and 27 students, is currently continuing education with 180 students in 4 programs and only in the first grades. Since the year it was founded, 1400 students have graduated from our school, some of them have continued to the faculty by making vertical transfer, some of them serve as technical non-commissioned officers in various classes of our armed forces, and most of the others have taken their places in the industry.
Mission :
In order to train qualified technical staff who are needed by the industry in both our country and Huğlu arms industry, not who understand every job, but who know their job best and do it correctly, it is thought to provide a workforce to the industry enough for the needs of our industry, with sufficient knowledge and skills focused on the arms and defense industry. Each of our graduates is equipped with the knowledge and experience to take part in technical, administrative and R&D studies in the industry, has the habit of continuous learning, is entrepreneurial, prone to teamwork, can produce solutions, researches, has gained analysis and synthesis skills, is open to technological developments, is open to environmental and cultural To train and develop technical personnel who are sensitive to their values, who are beneficial to their country and humanity, who do scientific research to increase the quality of life of the society and who can produce technology, who have universal thinking, who have a wide horizon.
Vision :
To make our college a specialized college by opening programs to meet the need for trained qualified personnel needed for the Huğlu and Üzümlü region, where our college is located, to become a production center for light weapons for the defense industry in line with the needs of our country, and for the development of the newly established industry. In our defense industry, which has been rapidly advancing in our country in recent years, people who have gained technical knowledge to meet the needs specific to the defense industry such as the design, manufacture, maintenance and repair of vehicles, weapons, ammunition, equipment, metallurgy, spare parts and other equipment related to defense and security technologies are recruited into the defense industry. It is aimed to contribute to the rapid development of our country in this field.
