In accordance with the letter of the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education dated 02.09.2020 and numbered E.54438; Foreign language score will not be required in the pre-application for PhD and Proficiency in Art, and the pre-applications of the students will be evaluated without language score. Candidates with a valid language score will be required to submit their language documents to our Institute until the end of working hours within 5 days from the announcement of ÖSYM's YDS exam result dated September 27, 2020.

The registration process of those who cannot submit this document by the specified date will be canceled.
