MASTER'S AND DOCTORATE RESULTS

           Candidates will be able to see their application status by logging in with their candidate number and password from the My Application Page section at https://ensbis.selcuk.edu.tr/OnBasvuru/LoginOnBasvuru.

           The final registration of the candidates who are entitled to final registration will be made between August 14 - 17, 2023 as a result of sending the following documents (complete) to sagbil.kayit@selcuk.edu.tr e-mail address.

 1. Documents must be sent as a single file in PDF format after scanning from the scanner.
 2. In case of incomplete documents, the registration process will not be realized.
 3. E-mails sent after the end of working hours (17:00) on August 17, 2023 will not be taken into consideration and will lose their final registration rights.
 4. The student numbers and passwords of the candidates whose documents reach our Institute via e-mail will be sent to the e-mail addresses they have declared.
 5. Applications in person and via cargo will not be accepted.      

DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT TO THE INSTITUTE BY E-MAIL FOR FINAL REGISTRATION;

1. Final registration petition (scanning process should be done after signing.) Click here (bağlantı)for the final registration petition.
2. Bachelor's degree diploma for those who are placed in master's programs, for those who are placed in doctoral programs, a certified copy of bachelor's and master's diplomas or a barcoded printout to be taken from e-government
3. A document (transcript) showing the courses taken in undergraduate and graduate education and their transcripts for applicants to master's programs and for applicants to doctoral programs.
4. ALES exam result document showing that he / she has received at least 55 points from the relevant score type. (Barcoded printout to be taken from ÖYSM web page)
5. A document showing that the candidates applying to the PhD program have obtained at least 55 points from YDS, E-YDS, YÖKDİL from any of the English, German, French, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Persian languages or an equivalent score from an international exam accepted by ÖSYM.
6. Photocopy of Identity Card.
7. Current Military Status Certificate. (Can be obtained from E-Government)
8. 2 passport size photographs (must be submitted to the Graduate School when the education starts.

SUBSTITUTE REGISTRATION RIGHT:

          Until the end of August 17, 2023, instead of the candidates who have the right to final registration via e-mail until the end of working hours on August 17, 2023 and who do not register, (If the candidates in the substitute registration status have the phrase "substitute registration right" in the pre-application system) will be announced on our web page on August 23, 2023 and their final registrations will be taken on August 25, 2023.
