MASTER'S AND DOCTORATE RESULTS

Candidates will be able to see their application status in the final exam by logging in to the https://ensbis.selcuk.edu.tr/OnBasvuru/LoginOnBasvuru application page with their candidate number and password.

PRELIMINARY EVALUATION;

Master's programs written science exams; 50% of the ALES score + 25% without considering the undergraduate degree are taken and ranked starting from the highest score. Candidates gain the right to take the written science exam for 4 (four) years during the announced quota.
Doctorate programs written science exams; 50% of the ALES score + 25% without considering the undergraduate degree or not given a license (Graduates of medical, dentistry, veterinary faculties) or not taking into account the graduate degree and starting with the high score. Candidates gain the right to take the written science exam for 4 (four) years during the announced quota.

FINAL REGISTRATION STAGE;

          The final registrations of candidates who have earned the right to final registration will be made by sending the documents specified below (completely) to the e-mail address sagbil.kayit@selcuk.edu.tr between January 13-17, 2025.

After the documents are scanned from the scanner, they must be sent as a SINGLE FILE in PDF format.

In case of incomplete documents, the registration process will not be carried out.

E-mails sent after the end of business hours on January 17, 2025 (17:00) from candidates who have earned the right to final registration will not be taken into consideration and they will lose their right to final registration.

The student numbers and passwords of candidates whose documents reach our Institute via e-mail will be sent to the e-mail addresses they have declared.

Applications in person and by cargo will definitely not be accepted.

A bachelor's degree for those placed in master's programs, a certified copy of bachelor's and master's degrees or a barcoded printout from e-government for those placed in doctoral programs.
A document showing the courses taken in undergraduate and doctoral programs and the transcript of grades (certified transcript or a barcoded printout from e-government) for those applying to master's programs.
Ales exam result document showing that a minimum of 55 points were received from the relevant score type in the ALES exam. (Barcoded printout to be obtained from ÖSYM website)
Foreign Language Exam Result Document for PhD applicants (Barcoded printout to be obtained from ÖSYM website)
A Copy of Republic of Turkey ID Card
Military Service Status Document (Up-to-date and barcoded, can be obtained from e-government.)
2 Passport photos (Must be submitted to the Institute when education - training begins.

BACKUP REGISTRATION RIGHT:

          There is a right to final registration via e-mail until the end of business hours on January 20, 2025, and instead of candidates who have not registered, (if there is a "Backup registration right" statement in the pre-application system of candidates who are in the Reserve Registration status) it will be announced on our website on January 21, 2025 and their final registrations will be taken on January 22, 2025.
