The workshop named "Orpheus Virtual Workshop on PhD Supervision in Biomedicine and Health Sciences" was held online on Friday, March 8, 2024.

Our workshop started with the opening speech of our Rector Prof. Dr. Metin AKSOY and was followed by the Institute Director Prof. Dr. Fatma Hümeyra YERLİKAYA AYDEMİR continued with the introductory presentation of the Institute. Our Institute Orpheus Commission Member and Institute Board Member Prof.Dr. Under the modulation of Esma MENEVŞE, lectures containing important information about doctoral education processes were given by Prof. Dr. Michale Mulvany, Prof. Dr. Gül Güner AYDOĞAN, Prof. Dr. Janet CARTON and Prof. Dr. Joanna Almeida PALHA, from the ORPHEUS perspective. Informative speeches were made about how counseling education should be.

After the lessons given by the instructors, in the modules; Group studies on Roles and Expectations, Communication Between Student-Proctors, Promoting Responsible Behavior in Research were conducted, and case studies and case solutions were made in the groups. Our advisor faculty members and students in the groups actively contributed to the process.

Our workshop, which was very productive, lasted approximately 8 hours and ended at 18:30 with closing speeches and wishes.
