-You can find out your diploma number from your e-Government (https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/yuksekogretim-mezun-belgesi-sorgulama/) page from the graduation inquiry section.
-Diplomas will be delivered to the students themselves or to those who have a notary's power of attorney.
-Diplomas can be given during Working Hours. (Diploma is not awarded on Saturdays and Sundays.)
-Diploma granting periods are made on a monthly basis.

In order to receive your diploma from the school you graduated from, you must be a member of the Turkey Alumni Web site https://www.turkiyemezunlari.gov.tr/ and submit the Graduation Information Form to your school by following the procedures below.

In order to receive the Graduation Information Form, you must enter the system as your place of education in Turkey and your Education Status as a graduate.
After your activation is complete, click on the Education Information tab on your Profile page.
You can create your form by selecting the level you graduated from the Create Graduation Information Form menu on the education information page, or you can download the information form for the education information you have previously created.
During the process of entering education information, a graduation certificate is required to be uploaded. In this section, you must upload the Graduation Certificate that you will download from the E-Government page.
