About Diplomas

The diplomas of the 2025-2026 Academic Year Final, Resit (Butunleme), and three-course exam graduates (students who obtained provisional graduation via e-Government / e-Devlet) have begun to be distributed.

Students who have not completed their clearance (deregistration) procedures must complete their clearance by clicking the link. Graduates of 2023 and later do not need to complete any procedure with the Library. Those who have Library debts must contact the Library to complete their procedures. http://ayrilis.selcuk.edu.tr/Login/Login

When collecting your diploma, you must submit the original of your student ID card.

Diplomas are delivered in person or through a notarized power of attorney.

Procedures required for graduates prior to the 2025-2026 Academic Year:

1- They must print a copy of the clearance form, fill it out, have it signed/stamped by the Central Library, and then complete the other procedures within the Faculty. Click for the CLEARANCE FORM.

2- Foreign national students, pursuant to the letter of the Central Coordination Office for Scholarship Students of Turkish and Related Communities (No. 17.03.2022-E.255412), must register with the "Turkiye Graduates Portal" (Turkiye Mezunlari Portali) and submit two signed copies of the membership form they will obtain to the Student Affairs Office. DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT WHEN COLLECTING YOUR DIPLOMA:

* FOREIGN NATIONAL STUDENTS WILL SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL STUDENT ID CARD AND TWO SIGNED COPIES OF THE TURKIYE GRADUATES PORTAL MEMBERSHIP FORM TO THE STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE.

* STUDENT ID CARD (MANDATORY). STUDENTS WHO HAVE LOST THEIR STUDENT ID CAN COMPLETE THEIR PROCEDURES BY SUBMITTING A PETITION.

* ALL GRADUATES, WHEN COLLECTING THEIR DIPLOMA, WILL COMPLETE THE SIGNATURES ON THE CLEARANCE FORM AND SUBMIT IT. FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE LOST THEIR ID, CLICK FOR THE SAMPLE PETITION.
