The Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Practice Kitchen within the Faculty of Tourism of Selçuk University was introduced. Rector Prof. attended the program. Dr. Metin Aksoy also attended.

Speaking at the introductory program, Selçuk University Tourism Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Onur Köksal said, “Gastronomy Cuisine was a dream of both our Faculty, our Department and our students. I would like to thank Rector Metin Aksoy, who gave us all kinds of support in making this dream come true, and our management. We are also establishing a unit where our students can receive hot and cold beverage training. This unit will also add value to our Faculty. Our dream is to make Selçuk University Faculty of Tourism a brand not only in Konya but also in Türkiye.”

Our students both acquire theoretical knowledge and have the opportunity to practice. Young people raised in this way have a stronger start to the future. They take their steps more firmly.
