Rector Aksoy met with international students at the Sixth Summer Youth Camp

Selçuk University Rector Prof. Dr. Metin Aksoy met with international students from the Islamic world at the Sixth Summer Youth Camp organized in cooperation with the Strategic Thought Group Association.

 

Rector Prof. Dr. Metin Aksoy met with the students on the 2nd day of the camp organized with the theme "Youth and Future Management" at Sultan Alparslan Cultural Center.

 

In his speech, Selçuk University Rector Prof. Dr. Aksoy said that, as the University, they have achieved significant success in different competitions, especially TEKNOFEST. Stating that they have carried out valuable work in the fields of technology, industry and innovation, Prof. Dr. Aksoy said that Türkiye has recently made serious progress in the aviation industry and unmanned aerial vehicles. Prof. Dr. Aksoy noted that these and similar achievements are among the important building blocks in achieving President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's vision of "The world is bigger than five."

 

Explaining that they are making efforts for the internationalization of Selçuk University, Prof. Dr. Aksoy wished the camp program to be successful.

 

Mohamed Al-Rashed, President of the Strategic Thought Group Association, also made a speech about the camp program.

 

A plaque was presented to Selcuk University Rector Prof. Dr. Metin Aksoy at the camp where important educators from Türkiye and the world participated as speakers.

 

The camp will end on August 7, 2023.
