Selçuk University Karapınar Aydoğanlar Vocational School signed a protocol with MEDAŞ in order to train students in the Alternative Energy Resources Technology Program more qualified in their fields and to improve their professional knowledge and skills.

 

The protocol between Selçuk University Karapınar Aydoğanlar Vocational School and MEDAŞ was signed by Selçuk University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Emrullah Eken and MEDAŞ General Manager Erol Uçmazbaş. Karapınar District Governor Oğuz Cem Murat, Karapınar Mayor Mehmet Yaka, Karapınar Aydoğanlar Vocational School Director Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Naim Çağlar Diri, MEDAŞ officials, academic and administrative staff and students attended the signing ceremony.

 

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE OFFERED TO STUDENTS

 

According to the protocol, 8 students studying in the Alternative Energy Resources Technology Program will participate in courses, seminars and field trainings within the scope of in-service training activities. In addition to providing students with on-the-job training related to their fields of activity, it is also aimed to support their development activities on alternative energy resources with field activities based on new technologies and applications. In addition, students are also offered the opportunity to carry out their compulsory internships/professional practices in MEDAŞ-affiliated enterprises. Students will receive a daily scholarship of 140 TL during the training season (6 months) and will be insured. Students who wish can be employed in MEDAŞ/Alcen workplaces after graduation.
