Selçuk University Faculty of Sports Sciences student Raziye Nur Emekli won 2 gold medals in the Tai Chi Turkey Championship organized by the Turkish Wushu Kung Fu Federation and became the Turkish Champion.

Tai Chi Türkiye Championship organized by Türkiye Wushu Kung Fu Federation was held in Sakarya Serdivan Indoor Sports Hall. In the championship, national athlete Raziye Nur Emekli, a 3rd year student of Selçuk University Faculty of Sports Sciences, Department of Sports Management, became the champion of Türkiye by winning gold medals in the "TaiChi Fan" and "TaiChi 24 Form" categories.

Emekli has many awards such as two world third places in the 2nd World Tai Chi Championship held in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, 3 European championships in the category of "seniors" in the European Wushu Kung Fu Championship held in Burgas, Bulgaria, 2 Balkan championships in the Balkan Championship held in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2 Balkan championships in the category of "stars" in the Balkan Championship held in Greece, 3 Balkan championships in the category of "youth" in the Ankara Balkan Championship.
