THE ELECTROMOBILE NAMED ANATOLIAN EAGLE ALSO SUPPORTS THE NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY MOVE
The electromobile vehicle named Anatolian Eagle prepared by Selçuk University Electromobile Team was the center of attention at TEKNOFEST finals like other projects. Anadolu Eagle, which won the admiration of the visitors, competes in the electromobile category of Efficiency Challange electric vehicle races. Anadolu Kartalı, which was prepared with great devotion from its design to the production process, completed 16 laps (32 km) on the first day of the race after successfully completing the technical controls and consumed 1100 Wh, and on the second day of the race, it completed 28 of the 30 laps (56 km) and consumed 2000 Wh energy. Mechanically, it is a completely domestic production and since at least one of the electrical components must be domestic, the design and production of the electric motor (BLDC hub motor) with a power of 2.5 KW was prepared locally. The BMS (Battery Management System), motor driver, on-board charging unit were supplied in accordance with the electrical and mechanical equipment.
Selçuk Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Technology Team Foundation of Turkey (T3 Foundation) and Chairman of the TEKNOFEST Board of Directors, closely examined the Anatolian Eagle, which is one of the projects supporting the national technology move initiated for Turkey to become a truly sovereign and independent country, and congratulated the team members.
