Selçuk University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences academic and administrative staff and students celebrated October 29th Republic Day with an event called "100th Anniversary of the Republic March" held at Alaeddin Keykubat Campus.

Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Mehmet Göküş, academics and students participated in the march that started in front of Selçuk University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

Waving Turkish flags, academics and students recited Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's Address to Youth, the Student Pledge and the 10th Year Anthem.

Dean of the Faculty Prof. Dr. Mehmet Göküş said, "We continue to celebrate the 100th anniversary of our Republic with enthusiasm. The words of our National Anthem describe the Republic in the most beautiful way. We will continue to keep the Republic alive as much as we can."

The march ended with the reading of the National Anthem at Atatürk Monument.
