"TEKNOFEST 2023 Student Meeting" was organized by Selçuk University Youth Valley Coordinatorship. Rector Prof. Dr. Metin Aksoy, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. İlhan Çiftci, Dean of the Faculty of Technology Prof. Dr. Şakir Taşdemir, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Konya Teknokent Prof. Dr. Mehmet Hamurcu, academicians and students attended the TEKNOFEST 2023 Student Meeting held by Selçuk University Youth Valley Coordinatorship in the Museum Building.

             "OUR AIM IS TO SUPPORT TEAMS THAT WILL REPRESENT OUR UNIVERSITY"

SU Youth Valley Coordinator Dr. Assoc. Prof. Hakan Terzioğlu said, "The Youth Valley Coordinatorship does not have a structure that covers only TEKNOFEST in terms of purpose. It is actually a Coordinatorship established within a structure that covers physical and technical support in order to serve all our teams, friends and stakeholders who will represent our university in the national and international arena. Since it is a Coordinatorship whose main purpose is the student, the development of the student, and progressing in this sense, it is a preferred structure in order to show the development by putting the expression Youth Valley in its name."

"WE FOLLOWED THE DREAMS OF OUR YOUNG PEOPLE"

Selçuk University Rector Prof. Dr. Metin Aksoy said, "We followed the dreams of our young people. It is important that the children of these lands have administrators who follow them. We strive to do the best within the duty given to us. Our goal, our ideal is to leave a work. That work is not only to produce something for us. To instill a culture of production. The most valuable work for us is the self-confident young people we raise. We are striving to provide our young people with a campus area where not only the present but also the future is systematically established and raised with science and wisdom within certain systems without depending on individuals."

Rector Prof. Dr. Aksoy said, "We want achievements to be systematic. It should not change according to the individual. Our future is our students! As Selçuk University, we are building a system for your future. We plan your future step by step. We invest in national and spiritual values that make us who we are, Turkish Islamic ideals, generations and projects that protect their culture and technology. From the stand we set up with the Youth Valley infrastructure to the arrival and departure of our students, from food to accommodation, we are now moving towards a more systematic, more coordinated university that is more with its students and academics."

At the end of the program, certificates of appreciation were presented to academic and administrative staff who supported the TEKNOFEST process.
