Thank you visit from Turkmen students to Selçuk University

High school senior students and teachers who showed outstanding success in Turkish-medium schools in Iraq paid a thank you visit for the "Promotion and Travel Program" hosted by Selçuk University.

Selçuk University Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Emrullah Eken, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Tuğrul Polat, Foreign Relations Coordinator Lecturer Dr. Ahmet Ateş met with the students during the visit to the Rectorate senate hall.

 

During the visit, it was stated that Selçuk University is among Türkiye's well-established educational institutions and it carried out valuable work in academic, scientific, social and cultural studies.

 

During the visit, it was reported that important opportunities were provided for the students to be well-equipped, and it was noted that the Selçuk University International Student Selection Examination was planned for April 2024.

 

Students expressed their satisfaction in being at Selçuk University and Konya and thanked the University administration and those who contributed for hosting.

 

Adnan Şekerci, Vice President of Ibn Sina Development and Sustainable Development Foundation, and Sevsen Hasan Hulam, Deputy Director of Kirkuk Turkmen Education Department, accompanied the visit.

 

30 students visited different institutions and organizations in Konya, especially Selçuk University, for 4 days within the framework of the "Promotion and Travel Program". Promotional trips to Konya were also held in the program.
