The importance of team coordination was emphasized, highlighting the new members' roles in contributing to the quality assurance system.
Following this, our Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Gülşin Arslan, gave a comprehensive presentation on the Unit Internal Evaluation Report (UIER) process. The presentation detailed how to read and evaluate the UIERs prepared by our units, how to interpret the criteria, and the principles of evidence-based writing. It was emphasized that systematic analysis of sub-criteria is critically important for institutional development. It was stated that after the completion of feedback studies, all outputs will be considered, and the process of writing the Institutional Internal Evaluation Report (IIER) will begin. Thus, the aim is to elevate unit-based evaluations to the institutional level.
At the end of the meeting, our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Zeki Bayramoğlu, delivered a speech highlighting the strategic importance of quality processes for sustainability and institutional development.
