Selçuk University has been ranked among the top 500 universities in Europe according to the "QS World University Rankings: Europe 2026," published by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), one of the world's most prestigious higher education ranking organizations.

Selçuk University, which has been increasing its academic performance and international recognition every year, is showing a steady upward trend according to QS data. Having been in the 551-600 band in 2024 and the 531-540 band in 2025, Selçuk University gained momentum in the 2026 rankings, reaching the 495th position.

Selçuk University Ranks 17th Among State Universities in Turkey

While ranking 23rd out of 107 universities in Turkey, Selçuk University ranked 17th among state universities. Classified as "Very High" in research intensity in the QS evaluation, Selçuk University improved its scores, particularly in strategic indicators such as sustainability, international research network, student exchange programs, and graduate employment.
