Our senior (4th-year) students in the Department of Food Engineering successfully presented their research projects, prepared as part of the Graduation Project-II course, at a widely-attended poster presentation event.

The event, where our students shared their scientific research and projects contributing to both literature and the food sector, went far beyond a traditional academic presentation and turned into a true "Poster Festival." Future food engineers successfully defended their projects in an atmosphere filled with high interest from our faculty members and students.
