Our department's PhD student Sadullah Zeki KÖSEM, successfully defended his PhD thesis titled "The Effect of Pasteurization Process and Starter Culture Usage on Quality Attributes in Mengen Cheese Production" on 10.01.2025 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmet GÜNER and was entitled to receive the title of Doctor.
