In line with its quality and accreditation goals, Selçuk University Faculty of Fine Arts Department of Industrial Design organized a comprehensive External Stakeholder Meeting on April 21, 2026, bringing together industry partners, local government, professional chambers, and alumni. During the 2-hour session attended by Konya Chamber of Industry, Konya Chamber of Commerce, Konya, InnoPark, ETMK Ankara Branch, Konya Technical University, Yeşilay Konya Branch, Şekeroğlu Plastic, Panda Inox Playground Equipments, Kataliz Design, and department alumni, the current status of the department alongside its short, medium, and long-term strategic plans were discussed.

The productive event, which focused on exchanging ideas to enhance students' educational opportunities, productive internship and graduation projects, and social integration activities, concluded with the department management expressing gratitude to all stakeholders contributing to its strategic targets.
