As part of the Turkish Design History course conducted in our department, we hosted Mr. Mustafa Plevne, one of the pioneers of Turkish furniture design and the first producer of many iconic furniture pieces in our country. Mr. Mustafa Plevne, born in 1926, addressed our students via teleconference on March 17, 2026. Despite his advanced age, he dedicated his time to our students and sincerely answered their questions. He also offered advice to young people. We wish him a long and healthy life.
