The "National Wooden Game and Toy Design Competition" was held by the Wood Culture Research and Application Center, Forestry and Nature Tourism Specialization Coordinator and Technology Transfer Office within the body of Kastamonu University. 20 of the 32 projects that made it to the finals in the youth category and competed with their prototypes belonged to the students of our department. As a result of the competition, our department's students Akın Tekin won the 2nd prize with his design named "City", and Nihal Soykan won the 3rd prize with his project named "Movo".
