Selcuk University won the 'Accessible University Awards' for the first time

Selcuk University (SU) Rector Prof. Dr. Metin Aksoy delivered 9 flags to the units, which were won for the first time in SU history within the scope of the "Accessible University Awards" given by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK).

The flag and certificate delivery ceremony was held within the framework of the Senate Meeting held at the Rectorate.

Selcuk University Rector Prof. DrMetin Aksoy in his speech, congratulated the units that were entitled to receive the flag and were nominated for the flag award for their success. Prof. Dr. Aksoy thanked those who did not spare their contribution and support in winning the awards.

At the flag and certificate delivery ceremony, Faculty of Sports Sciences and Prof. Dr. Erol Güngör Library were awarded their flags and certificates in the category of “accessibility in space (orange flag)”.

Beyşehir Ali Akkanat Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences, School of Foreign Languages ​​and Akşehir Vocational School were presented their flags and certificates in the category of “accessibility in education (green flag)”.

In the category of “accessibility in socio-cultural activities (blue flag)”, the Faculty of Communication and Dilek Sabancı State Conservatory received their flags and certificates.

In the last part of the ceremony, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Emrullah Eken presented the certificate given to the rectors within the scope of the "Accessible University Awards" to Rector Prof. Dr. Metin Aksoy.

The ceremony ended with the awarding of certificates to the units nominated for the flag award.
