4 awards for Selcuk University in the Out of the World Design Competition

Selcuk University Faculty of Fine Arts; Organized by the Aegean Furniture, Paper and Forest Products Exporters' Association with the support of the Ministry of Commerce and the Turkish Exporters' Assembly, Aegean Exporters' Associations II. It won 4 awards in the Out of the World Design Competition.

In the professional category, the design named “Sense Nest” by Saniye Zeyneb Akgün, a graduate of SU Fine Arts Faculty and Head of Industrial Design Department Prof. Dr. Mehmet Lütfi Hidayetoğlu received the second prize.

In the student category, Hatice Esra Sungur, a student of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Industrial Design, won the EIB Special Award with the fourth place success, and Kübra Taşkın received the EIB Special Award with her seventh place success.

In addition, Selcuk University, which participated in the student category with 109 projects among 791 project applications from 81 different universities, received the "University with the Most Participation Award". The award was presented to Design and Head of the Interior Architecture Department Prof. Dr. Rabia Köse Doğan by the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Architecture in the name of Selcuk University.
