We conduct external evaluations for universities through our evaluation teams. After their field visit, they publish an institutional accreditation report based on our university's self-assessment report and its practices in the field. According to the report, we analyse the consistency within the institution and make a decision about accrediting the institution. In this context, we want to evaluate all higher education institutions in Turkey within the program until 2027. Institutions themselves need to have a strong, functioning quality assurance system based on a continuous improvement approach. We always say this: The owner of quality is the Higher Education Institution itself. What we do is to confirm the existence of that system from outside. We carry out our activities with this understanding."
