Students were served raw meatballs at Selçuk University

In the Çiğ Köfte Day event organized by Selçuk University Faculty of Tourism, 5 tons of raw meatballs were served to the students.

Speaking at the Çiğ Köfte Day organized by Selçuk University Faculty of Tourism and Oses Çiğ Köfte, Dean of the Faculty Prof. Dr. Onur Köksal said, "I would like to thank our Rector Prof. Dr. Metin Aksoy and the administration of our University for their support. In this period when we need unity and solidarity, being together with our students and professors and keeping the motivation of our nation high with a small event was among our main duties. As the Faculty of Tourism, we will continue to organize such events every year. In a short time, we will open the Gastronomy Kitchen to the service of our Tourism Faculty students."

Mustafa Uysal, Member of the Board of Directors of Oses Çiğ Köfte, said: "We are a company that is present all over Turkey and even all over the world. We have organized such events in 56 universities, and we are proud to have the Gastronomy Department here. Because we always need gastronomy department students." Selçuk University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Emrullah Eken said, "Our university organizes many events. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this organization, especially the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism Prof. Dr. Onur Köksal." 

Selçuk University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Tuğrul Polat, Secretary General Prof. Dr. Kamil Beşoluk, Deputy Secretaries General Hikmet Özdemir and Tevfik Sayın, academicians and students attended the Çiğ Köfte Day event.
