Mokha Center for Strategic Studies Visit Rector Aksoy

Ateq Garallah, President of Mokha Center for Strategic Studies, and the accompanying delegation visited Selçuk University Rector Prof. Dr. Metin Aksoy.

Rector Prof. Dr. Metin Aksoy said that Selçuk University is the largest university in the region and is a patron university. Stating that there are common points between Yemen and Türkiye, Prof. Dr. Aksoy said that they attach great importance to joint studies with Yemen.

Ateq Garallah, President of the Mokha Center for Strategic Studies, said that the center they established in Istanbul works to explain the developments in Yemen to the world in the right way. Explaining that they publish reports, books and analyses in this context, Garallah said that they also organize various events, workshops, congresses and conferences as a center. Garallah mentioned that there is a serious mass in Yemen that carries out disinformation activities targeting Türkiye through the media, and stated that as Mokha Center for Strategic Studies, they fight against these activities in the light of accurate information.

During the meeting, it was stated that there are many Yemeni students at Selçuk University, and the details of joint studies and cooperation between SU and Mokha Center for Strategic Studies were discussed.

It was also decided to organize a workshop within the framework of cooperation.
