Outstanding Turkmen students get to know Konya, hosted by Selçuk University

Senior high school students who showed outstanding success in Turkish-medium schools in Iraq participated in the "Promotion and Travel Program" hosted by Selçuk University.

The Promotion and Travel Program was accompanied by Turkmeneli Associations Federation President Aydın Beyatlı, Iraqi Turks Culture and Solidarity Association Konya Branch President Adil Beyatlı and teachers.

Within the scope of the program, 30 students visited Selçuk University Rectorate, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Technology and Faculty of Dentistry and received information about the faculties and units.

Selçuk University Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Emrullah Eken, Prof. Dr. İlhan Çiftci, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Tuğrul Polat, General Secretary Prof. Dr. Kamil Beşoluk met with the students at the meeting held in the Rectorate senate hall.

At the meeting, information was given about the academic, scientific, social and cultural studies of Selçuk University. At the meeting, where it was stated that the university is among the most established educational institutions in the region, it was noted that Selçuk University's organization of the International Student Selection Examination in Kirkuk and its surroundings offers significant advantages for students living in the region.

Within the framework of the 4-day program in Konya, visits to different institutions and organizations and trips to promote Konya will be held.
