Orientation Program was held at Nasreddin Hodja Practice Kindergarten

The 2023 - 2024 Academic Year Orientation Program was held at Selçuk University Faculty of Health Sciences Nasreddin Hodja Practice Kindergarten.Rector Prof. Dr.Metin Aksoy also attended the event.

Selçuk University Faculty of Health Sciences Nasreddin Hodja Practice Kindergarten Director Dr. Cemil Paslı said, “We have 118 children this year. We work together with the Faculty of Health Sciences regarding the education of children aged 0 - 6. Together with our teachers, we strive to say something about child education in Türkiye and the world. We say let's raise healthy individuals together, who are the cornerstone of a happy family and a peaceful society.”

Selçuk University Faculty of Health Sciences Dean Prof.Dr.Emine Arslan said, “Our students learn by living and having fun with educational trips, using all the academic, physical, cultural and artistic facilities of our university.They also receive a rich education with the part-time students we employ in many different branches.Every parents’ dream for their child is to receive a good education and to become a person who has our national and moral values and who is beneficial to his/her country and humanity.We will do our part on this path.”

Emphasizing that they strive to raise future generations by giving importance to national and spiritual values, Selçuk University Rector Prof.Dr.Metin Aksoy said, “A university education that integrates with the values, cultural and historical background and identity of the society is very valuable.When we raise our children well, our university and its accompanying institutions will also serve very well, and thus we will create a very strong generation in building the Türkiye of the future.I would like our parents to know that there is a Selçuk University that has promised to raise young people who will protect national and spiritual values since the day it was founded.Have peace of mind.Don't be left behind.Your children are in safe hands.”

Rector Prof. Dr. Aksoy gave various gifts to the children, who had fun with the games and activities prepared for them, and chatted with the parents for a while. He visited the classrooms and signed the Nasreddin Hodja Practice Kindergarten diary.
