Selçuk University continues to bring business people together with students

Ahmet Rıza Balım, Deputy General Manager of Konya Teknokent, shared his experiences in business life with the students at the "Success Stories" organized by Selçuk University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration within the scope of 100 Events in the 100th Anniversary of the Republic.

Ahmet Rıza Balım, Deputy General Manager of Konya Teknokent, who participated as a speaker at the conference held at Selçuk University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, said, "My difference from others in my childhood, student years and business life was that I was curious. We cannot get to a point without working, without being forced. If you see a good job somewhere, there must have been a difficult decision taken on time. We cannot do extraordinary things without making difficult decisions and taking on difficult tasks. It is important to work hard, but it is necessary to work smart."

Emphasizing that specialized knowledge and field experience are very important in business life, Ahmet Rıza Balım said, "In my business life, I have followed R&D studies and scientific projects. If we can do something different from others in the field we work in, that is when our difference emerges. People can evaluate us according to our clothes. When we wear proper clothes, people's views on us can change. It is very important to bring resources together to do a job properly. It is impossible to be successful without building a proper team."
