'Turkey's Aviation Course' lectured at Selcuk University

Selçuk University School of Civil Aviation organized a conference titled "Turkey's Aviation Course" with the participation of former Director General of Civil Aviation, Aeronautical Engineer Can Erel as a speaker within the scope of 100 Events in the 100th Anniversary of the Republic.

The event, organized in cooperation with RedStar Aviation Company at the Faculty of Fine Arts Conference Hall, was attended by School Director Prof. Dr. Recai Kuş,assistant directors Assist.Prof. Dr. Fatih Alpaslan Kazan, Assist. Prof. Dr. Harun Karakavuz, faculty members and students attended the event.

School of Civil Aviation Director Prof. Dr. Recai Kuş thanked those who contributed to the organization of the conference and wished the conference to be productive.

After the opening speech, the conference titled "Turkey's Aviation Course" started. Former Director General of Civil Aviation, Aeronautical Engineer Can Erel made a presentation on the development of aviation in Turkey and the world. Explaining that the 1900s were very important in terms of aviation development, Erel gave information about the aviation sector, including the beginning and development of aviation, aviation schools in Turkey, institutions and organizations in the field of aviation. Erel also shared information about the universities and high schools that provide education in the field of aviation today.
