Unit Internal Evaluation Report Preparation Training was given at Selçuk University

Unit Internal Evaluation Report Preparation Training organized by Selçuk University Quality Commission was held.

Selçuk University Vice Rector Prof. attended the program held at SU Sultan Alparslan Cultural Center Malazgirt Hall. Dr. Ahmet Tuğrul Polat, deans, deputy deans, academicians and administrative staff attended.

 Selçuk University Vice Rector Prof. made the opening speech of the program. Dr. Ahmet Tuğrul Polat said, “Unit Internal Evaluation Reports form the basis of Institutional Internal Evaluation Reports, which are used as a basis in our University's external evaluation processes. These reports prepared by our units are of great importance in order to disseminate and internalize the quality assurance culture in our University. Here, a great responsibility falls on the deputy deans responsible for quality, the deputy directors and the academic-administrative staff of our units. I request you not to consider the Unit Internal Evaluation Report Preparation Training as a routine training, because this training and the subsequent process are very important for our University. We need to prepare and present the reports meticulously, in their best form. We have been working intensively with all our units regarding quality for a long time. We have been seeing the fruits of these efforts recently. You too are witnessing these. In the reports published by various ranking organizations, our University progresses every year, rises to the top and improves itself. Finally, our University showed this by becoming a Candidate Research University again.” he said. The training given by the Selçuk University Quality Commission, in which the deputy dean of the units, the deputy director, the unit quality commission member, academic staff, administrative staff and the student representative of the unit quality commission participated, provided them with information on how the Unit Internal Evaluation Report should be prepared and that quality was internalized and implemented. It was aimed to turn it into a culture. The program was organized by Quality Commission Member SU Health Services Vocational School Director Prof. Dr. It started with general information given by Gülşin Arslan. Then the commission members; Dean of the Faculty of Science, Prof. Dr. Semahat Küçükkolbaşı, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Nadire Ünver Doğan, Beyşehir Ali Akkanat Tourism Faculty Deputy Dean Assoc. Dr. Zührem Yaman and Assoc. Dr. Zeynep Ergen Işıklar made presentations under the titles of "leadership, governance, quality, education-training, research-development and social contribution". The program ended after the question-answer session.
