Vizyon: Uzun vadede Misyonumuzu gerçekleştirmek, sürdürülebilir kılmak, ulusal ve uluslararası alanda uzmanlık konularımızda ilgili yenilikleri takip eden, yaşam boyu öğrenmeyi hedefleyen, ekip çalışmasına önem veren eğitim anlayışına sahip olmaktır.

Amacı: Maliye alanda yetişmiş insan kaynaklarını sağlamak, öğrencilere verimli ve etkin çalışmalarını sağlayacak bilgi, beceri ve dinamizmi kazandırmak.

Kabul ve Kayıt Koşulları: Adayların Lise ve dengi okul diplomasına sahip olması ve Üniversite Öğrenci Seçme Sınavından yeterli puanı almış olması ve/veya ÖSYM tarafından belirlenen süreçleri tamamlamış olması gerekmektedir.

Önceki Öğrenmenin Tanınması: Yükseköğretim Kurumlarında Ön Lisans ve Lisans Düzeyindeki Programlar Arasında Geçiş, Çift Anadal, Yandal ile Kurumlararası Kredi Transferi Yapılması Esaslarına İlişkin Yönetmelik hükümleri uygulanır.

Mezuniyet Şartları: Öğrencilerin Maliye Programından mezun olabilmeleri için programda öngörülen mezuniyeti için gerekli olan zorunlu ve seçimlik dersleri almış ve başarmış olması, uygulamaları, staj ve benzeri çalışmaları başarı ile tamamlaması (toplam 120 AKTS) ve mezuniyet ağırlıklı not ortalamasının 4.00 üzerinden en az 2.00 olması gerekmektedir.

Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Esasları: Maliye Programında, Selçuk Üniversitesi Önlisans ve Lisans Egitim - Öğretim ve Sınav Yönetmeliğine göre ölçme ve değerlendirme yapılmaktadır. Bu Yönetmeliğe göre sınavlar ara sınav, final sınavı, bütünleme sınavı, tek ders sınavı, muafiyet sınavı ve mazeret sınavlarıdır. Bu sınavlar yazılı, sözlü, yazılı-sözlü veya uygulamalı olarak yapılabilir. Sınavların sözlü veya uygulamalı olarak yapılacağına ve uygulama, staj, tez, proje ve benzeri çalışmaların nasıl değerlendirileceğine ilgili kurul karar verir.

İstihdam Olanakları: Maliye programından mezun öğrenciler, Maliye Bakanlığı’nın çeşitli kademelerinde, Vergi Dairelerinde, özel sektörde mali veya idari işler, muhasebe ve finansman gibi değişik departmanlarda istihdam edilebilmektedirler. 

Üst Derece Programlara Geçiş: Maliye Önlisans Programından mezun olan öğrencilerin, örgün öğretim ya da açıköğretim lisans programlarının 5. yarıyılından lisans öğrenimine devam edebilmeleri için Ölçme, Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi (ÖSYM) tarafından yapılan Dikey Geçiş Sınavına (DGS) girmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu programdan mezun olan öğrenciler, dikey geçiş kapsamında başvurabilecekleri lisans programlarını, bu programların koşullarını ve bu programlara alınacak öğrenci sayılarını gösteren 2017 Meslek Yüksekokulları İle Açıköğretim Önlisans Programları Mezunlarının Lisans Öğrenimine Dikey Geçiş Sınavı (DGS) Kılavuzu’ndan detaylı bilgiye ulaşabilirler. Bu kılavuzda, adayların nasıl başvurabilecekleri, lisans programı tercihlerini nasıl yapacakları, sınav, değerlendirme ve yerleştirme işlemleri, meslek yüksekokulu müdürlükleri ve açıköğretim önlisans programlarının bağlı olduğu birimlerce yürütülecek işlemlerle ilgili ilke ve kurallar yer almaktadır.

Purpose: To provide trained human resources in the field of finance, to provide students with the knowledge, skills and dynamism that will enable them to work efficiently and effectively.

Program Language: Turkish

Admission and Registration Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, have received sufficient points from the University Student Selection Examination and/or have completed the processes determined by OSYM.

Recognition of Prior Learning: The provisions of the Regulation on the Principles of Transfer between Associate Degree and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer in Higher Education Institutions are applied.

Graduation Requirements: In order for students to graduate from the Finance Programme, they must have taken and succeeded the compulsory and elective courses required for graduation, successfully completing applications, internships and similar studies (120 ECTS in total), and a graduation weighted grade point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00. .

Principles of Measurement and Evaluation: In the Finance Program, measurement and evaluation are carried out according to Selcuk University Associate and Undergraduate Education - Teaching and Examination Regulations. According to this Regulation, exams are midterm, final exam, make-up exam, single course exam, exemption exam and make-up exams. These exams can be written, oral, written-oral or applied. The relevant committee decides whether the exams will be oral or practical and how the application, internship, thesis, project and similar studies will be evaluated.

Employment Opportunities: Students graduating from the Finance program can be employed at various levels of the Ministry of Finance, Tax Offices, and in different departments such as financial or administrative affairs, accounting and finance in the private sector.

Transition to Higher Degree Programs: Students who have graduated from Finance Associate Degree Program must take the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) administered by the Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) in order to continue their undergraduate education from the 5th semester of formal education or open education undergraduate programs. Students who graduate from this program can access detailed information from the 2017 Vocational Schools and Open Education Associate Program Graduates Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) Guide to Undergraduate Education, which shows the undergraduate programs they can apply for within the scope of vertical transfer, the conditions of these programs and the number of students to be admitted to these programs. In this guide, there are principles and rules about how candidates can apply, how to make their undergraduate program preferences, examination, evaluation and placement procedures, the procedures to be carried out by the vocational school directorates and the units to which the open education associate degree programs are affiliated.
