The management and coordination of mobility activities under Erasmus is carried out by the Erasmus Institutional Coordinatorship affiliated to the Rectorate. However, apart from the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator, there are Department Erasmus Coordinators determined by the Faculty Deans, School / Institute Directorates among the academic staff for each unit. Required Qualifications in Department Coordinators
• Willingness and readiness to carry out this task
• Being ready to work in coordination and harmony with the Erasmus Institutional Coordinatorship
• Interested in European Higher Education and Research Areas
• To be able to take time consciously by understanding the importance of studies
• To have sufficient verbal and written knowledge of English (To be able to read relevant documents, to organize Erasmus activities by correspondence and meeting with European universities)
• Having high organizational, planning and communication skills
• Using the Internet and especially e-mail effectively
