Certificate of Acceptance (Example) is requested from the host university.
Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching (Signature+approval of the other party is required)
OR
Staff Mobility Agreement for Training (Signature+approval of the other party is required.)
Board decision
Commitment (If the documents submitted in the application are not original, they will be issued.)
Account Notification Petition (With an account to be opened from Vakıf Bank Campus Branch; Contains Account Number, IBAN Code and Identity Information)
Flight Ticket and Invoice
Grant Agreement (It is prepared by initialing each page and in 2 copies under the coordination.)

Documents to be submitted after the mobility ends:
Certificate of Participation (This document, which is filled in by you before you go, is signed and approved by the opposite university at the end of the Mobility.)
Travel Documents (Boarding Pass, Passport ID, entry-exit, photocopies of fee pages and other travel documents, if any.)
Beneficiary Report (It is sufficient to fill in online from the link to be sent to your e-mail registered in our system after the mobility.)
