Final registrations of the candidates who are entitled to final registration due to the pandemic will be made as a result of sending the following documents (complete) to sagbil.kayit@selcuk.edu.tr e-mail address between 06 - 09 October 2020.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT TO THE INSTITUTE BY E-MAIL FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
1. Final registration petition on the web page (scanning must be done after signing)

2. Bachelor's degree for master's programs, bachelor's and master's degree diploma or barcoded numbered diploma to be obtained from e-government for those applying to doctoral programs
3. Documents showing the courses taken in undergraduate and graduate education and transcripts (transcript) for applicants to master's programs, for applicants to doctoral programs.
4. ALES exam result document showing that the applicant has obtained at least 55 points from the relevant score type
5. A document showing that the applicants to the PhD program have obtained at least 55 points from KPDS, ÜDS, YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL or an equivalent score from an international exam accepted by the ÖSYM board of directors in any of the following languages: English, German, French, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Persian.
6. Photocopy of Identity Card
7. Male candidates who will have their military service postponed must submit their Current Military Status Certificate (can be obtained from the E-Government system)
REMINDER ABOUT LANGUAGE SCORE!
About the foreign language requirement for pre-application to Doctorate and Proficiency in Art Programs;
In accordance with the letter of the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education dated 02.09.2020 and numbered E.54438; Foreign language score was not required in the pre-application for PhD and Proficiency in Art programs, and the pre-applications of the students were evaluated without language score. Candidates with a valid language score will be asked to submit it to our institute during the final registration; Candidates who do not have a valid language score will be asked to submit it to our institute within 5 days from the announcement of ÖSYM's YDS Exam result dated September 27, 2020 until the end of working hours. The registration process of those who cannot submit this document until the specified date will be canceled.
PRELIMINARY EVALUATION;
Written science exams for master's programs; 50% of the ALES score + 25% of the undergraduate graduation grade point average is taken and ranking is made starting from the highest score. Candidates up to 4 (four) times the number of quotas announced are entitled to take the written science exam.
For the written science exams of doctoral programs; 50% of the ALES score + 25% of the undergraduate grade point average (graduates of faculties of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine) or graduate degree grade point average is taken and ranking is made starting from the highest score. Candidates up to 4 (four) times the number of quotas announced are entitled to take the written science exam.
EVALUATION OF WRITTEN SCIENCE EXAM RESULTS;
According to the success grades determined by taking the sum of 50% of the ALES score, 25% of the undergraduate weighted graduation grade point average and 25% of the written science exam score, starting from the candidate with the highest score, provided that they get at least 2.40 (62.66 in the hundredth system), they are entitled to enroll in the program they apply according to the quota announced. In case of equality in the ranking, the candidate with the higher undergraduate grade point average is given priority.
For admission to doctoral programs, 50% of the ALES score, 50% of the weighted grade point average of the graduates of the faculties of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or 25% of the weighted grade point average of the graduates of the faculties of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or 25% of the weighted grade point average of those who apply with a master's degree, 25% of the written science exam grade, and 25% of the written science exam grade, provided that they get a score of at least 2.50 (65.00 in the hundredth system), starting from the candidate with the highest score, they are entitled to enroll in the program they apply according to the announced quota. In case of equality in the ranking, the candidate with the higher master's grade point average is given priority.
Candidates who do not get at least 50 points in the hundredth system from the written science exam of master's and doctoral programs and who do not take these exams will be considered unsuccessful and will not be evaluated.

SUBSTITUTE REGISTRATION RIGHT :
Until the end of October 09, 2020, until the end of working hours, the candidates who have the right to final registration via e-mail and do not register will be announced on our web page on October 12, 2020, if there is a "reserve registration right" and their final registrations will be taken on October 14, 2020.
