2021-2022 Autumn Semester Doctorate and Master's Degree Results and Final Registration Announcement

Due to the pandemic, the final registration of the candidates who are entitled to final registration will be made between 20 - 25 August 2021 as a result of sending the following documents (complete) to sagbil.kayit@selcuk.edu.tr e-mail address.

  • Documents must be sent as a single file in PDF format after scanning from the scanner.
  • In case of incomplete documents, the registration process will not take place.
  • The e-mails sent after the end of working hours on 25 August 2021 from the candidates who are entitled to final registration will not be taken into consideration and they will lose their final registration rights.
  • The student numbers and passwords of the candidates whose documents have reached our Institute via e-mail will be announced on our web page as a list on 27 August 2021.
  • Applications in person and by post will not be accepted.

       

          DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT TO THE INSTITUTE BY E-MAIL FOR FINAL REGISTRATION

  1. Final registration petition on the web page (scanning process should be done after signing)

  2. For master's programmes, bachelor's degree diploma, for applicants to doctoral programmes, bachelor's and master's degree diploma or diploma with barcoded number to be obtained from e-government
  3. For applicants to master's programmes, a bachelor's degree, for applicants to doctoral programmes, a document (transcript) showing the courses taken in undergraduate and graduate education and their transcripts.
  4. ALES exam result document showing that you have obtained at least 55 points from the relevant score type
  5. A document showing that the applicants to the PhD programme have obtained at least 55 points from ÜDS, YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL or an equivalent score from an international exam accepted by the ÖSYM board of directors from any of the following languages: English, German, French, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Persian.
  6. Photocopy of Identity Card
  7. Male candidates who will have their military service postponed must submit their current military service status certificate (can be obtained from the E-Government system)

   

  PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT;

  • Written science exams for master's programmes; 50% of the ALES score + 25% of the undergraduate graduation grade point average is taken and ranking is made starting from the highest score. Candidates up to 4 (four) times the number of quotas announced are entitled to take the written science exam.
  • Doctorate programmes written science exams; 50% of the ALES score + 25% of the undergraduate grade point average (graduates of faculties of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine) or master's degree graduation grade point average is taken and ranking is made starting from the highest score. Candidates up to 4 (four) times the number of quotas announced are entitled to take the written science exam.

      EVALUATION OF WRITTEN SCIENCE EXAM RESULTS;

  • According to the success grades determined by taking the sum of 50% of the ALES score, 25% of the undergraduate weighted graduation grade point average and 25% of the written science exam grade, provided that they get at least 2.40 (62.66 in the hundredth system) points, starting from the candidate with the highest score, they are entitled to enroll in the programme they apply according to the quota announced. In case of equality in the ranking, the candidate with the higher undergraduate grade point average is given priority.
  • For admission to doctoral programmes, 50% of the ALES score, 25% of the weighted average of the undergraduate grade point average of the graduates of faculties of medicine, dentistry and veterinary medicine or 25% of the weighted average of the master's degree graduation grade of those who apply with a master's degree, 25% of the written science exam grade, and 25% of the written science exam score, provided that they score at least 2.50 (65.00 in the hundredth system) according to the success grades, starting from the candidate with the highest score, they are entitled to enroll in the programme they apply according to the quota announced. In case of equality in the ranking, the candidate with the higher graduate grade point average is given priority.

Candidates who fail to get at least 50 points in the hundred point system from the written science exam of master's and doctoral programmes and who do not take these exams will be considered unsuccessful and will not be evaluated.

RESERVE REGISTRATION RIGHT :

Until the close of business on 25 August 2021, if the candidates who have the right to final registration via e-mail until the close of business on 25 August 2021 and do not register, if there is the phrase "Reserve registration right" in the pre-application system of the candidates in the substitute registration status, it will be announced on our web page on 31 August 2021 and their final registrations will be taken on 01-02 September 2021.
