MASTER'S AND DOCTORATE RESULTS
Candidates will be able to see their application status at https://ensbis.selcuk.edu.tr/OnBasvuru/LoginOnBasvuru by logging in with their candidate number and password from the My Application Page section.

Due to the pandemic, the final registration of the candidates who are entitled to final registration will be made between January 05 - 10, 2022 as a result of sending the following documents (complete) to sagbil.kayit@selcuk.edu.tr e-mail address.
- Documents must be scanned and sent as a single file in PDF format.
- In case of incomplete documents, the registration process will not be realized.
- E-mails sent after the end of working hours (17:00) on January 10, 2022 will not be taken into consideration and will lose their final registration rights.
- The student numbers and passwords of the candidates whose documents reach our Institute via e-mail will be sent to the e-mail addresses they have declared.
- Applications in person and via cargo will not be accepted.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT TO THE INSTITUTE BY E-MAIL FOR FINAL REGISTRATION;
- Final registration petition (scanning process should be done after signing.) Click here for the final registration petition.
- For those who are placed in master's programs, a bachelor's degree diploma, for those who are placed in doctoral programs, a certified copy of their bachelor's and master's degree diplomas or a barcoded printout to be obtained from e-government
- For applicants to master's programs, a bachelor's degree, for applicants to doctoral programs, a document showing the courses taken in undergraduate and graduate education and the transcript (transcript).
- ALES exam result document showing that you have obtained at least 55 points from the relevant score type. (Barcoded printout to be taken from ÖYSM web page)
- A document showing that the applicants to the PhD program have obtained at least 55 points from YDS, E-YDS, YÖKDİL from any of English, German, French, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Persian languages or an equivalent score from an international exam accepted by ÖSYM.
- Photocopy of Identity Card.
- Current Military Status Certificate (can be obtained from E-Government)
- 2 passport size photographs (must be submitted to the Graduate School when the education starts.
RESERVE REGISTRATION RIGHTS:
10 Ocak 2022 tarihi mesai bitimine kadar e-mail yoluyla kesin kayıt hakkı olup, kayıt yaptırmayan adayların yerine, (Yedek Kayıt durumunda bulunan adayların ön başvuru sisteminde "Yedek kayıt hakkı” ibaresi var ise) 13 Ocak 2022 tarihinde web sayfamızda ilan edilecek ve 14 Ocak 2022 tarihlerinde kesin kayıtları alınacaktır.
GENERAL EVALUATION
PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT;
- Written science exams for master's programs; 50% of the ALES score + 25% of the undergraduate graduation grade point average is taken and ranking is made starting from the highest score. Candidates up to 4 (four) times the number of announced quotas are entitled to take the written science exam.
- Doctorate programs written science exams; 50% of the ALES score + 25% of the undergraduate grade point average (graduates of faculties of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine) or graduate degree grade point average is taken and ranking is made starting from the highest score. Candidates up to 4 (four) times the number of announced quotas are entitled to take the written science exam.
EVALUATION OF WRITTEN SCIENCE EXAM RESULTS;
- According to the success grades determined by taking the sum of 50% of the ALES score, 25% of the undergraduate weighted graduation grade point average and 25% of the written science exam grade, provided that they get at least 2.40 (62.66 in the hundredth system) points, starting from the candidate with the highest score, they are entitled to enroll in the program they apply according to the quota announced. In case of equality in the ranking, the candidate with the higher undergraduate grade point average is given priority.
- For admission to doctoral programs, 50% of the ALES score, 50% of the weighted grade point average of the graduates of faculties of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or 25% of the weighted grade point average of the graduates of the faculties of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or 25% of the weighted grade point average of the graduates of the faculties of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or 25% of the weighted grade point average of the graduates of the faculties of medicine, dentistry, veterinary faculties or 25% of the graduates of the faculties of medicine, dentistry, veterinary faculties who apply with a master's degree, and 25% of the written science exam score. In case of equality in the ranking, the candidate with the higher graduate grade point average is given priority.
Candidates who fail to get at least 50 points in the hundredth system from the written science exam for master's and doctoral programs and who do not take these exams will be considered unsuccessful and will not be evaluated.
