About

Selçuk University Faculty of Islamic Sciences was established with the request of Selçuk University, one of the oldest and most well-established higher education institutions in Turkey with its half-century-old tradition of education, and the decision of the Council of Ministers numbered 2015/8052, published in the Official Gazette dated 27 August 2015 and numbered 39458. Our faculty includes a football stadium, indoor sports halls, tennis courts, an olympic swimming pool, multi-choice canteens, dining halls, restaurants, libraries and shopping centers; It is located in Selcuk University Alaaddin Keykubat Campus, which is one of the largest campuses in Turkey with many transportation opportunities such as minibuses, buses and trams. Our faculty, which has a large library, a large conference hall, spacious and technological lecture halls and classrooms, has 3 departments and 12 departments. Our faculty opened its doors to 124 students for the first time in the 2017-2018 academic year and brought its first graduates to our country in the 2020-2021 academic year. It continues to be among the most preferred faculties of theology and Islamic sciences with its strong and extensive staff, educational support programs, success scholarships, and foreign language education opportunities.
